How do they do this? Xbox is a big ass company that pays super well. Like if you don't have a graphic designer, at least buy a stock image or out source it? I'm sure you could do that with company money? These people earn over 100k a year for being this stupid?

Xbox is owned by Microsoft, one of the biggest players in the AI game
