I got into a sexual relationship recently, and i've never tired putting on condoms. And when I try to put on the condoms it hurts in right after a inch or something ( the girthiest part). And I've also found out that my foreskin isn't retracting all the way down. I lose my erection when I start to experience pain. But then I get it up again by stimulating it. What should I do??? My Girth when my Penis is erect is almost 4 inches. And most condoms here are 3inches. Is it due to that?
