The ~~Little Girl~~ "Hamas Militant" was ~~Filming~~ "Threatening with a deadly weapon" Israeli soldiers from the safety of her own ~~Home~~ "Hamas Base".

Suppressors do exist. And are commonly used in close quarters combat. Especially by well funded combatants like the IDF.

To back that up I've seen a few videos of IDF shooting with suppressors, on videos it can sound like a click, from the sound of this video though I'm not sure it's even suppressed.
