Not really.
Mostly there's a scene at the beginning that is in ancient Egypt with the kid that went on to host Ra. It's just a slightly longer version of the story Daniel tells later in the movie, but slapped at the beginning where you have no idea what you're seeing.
I can't think of any other notable changes.
