Has the concept of 13th Month pay destroyed the average filipino's capacity to save for the future?
by average I mean minimum wage earner
Pangit din kasi timing nung 13th month pay. Sa Christmas natatapat or the month when you usually pay for the other half of matriculation fees or outstanding balances.
Then again, if you have a decent amount of leftover money to begin with, saving or buying small stocks shouldn't be a problem.
