Stargate died a slow and painful death. But it had a good and long run. I just wish they'd finish the SGU story properly in another medium, comic, book or the like. As for the new rumored Stargate series in the works, I'll just pretend that it is a completely different IP. Hoping that they'll tie the story back into the existing canon and making it good is wishful thinking to me.
SGU made me appreciate shows that know when to end, and creative leaders who know when their story is over.
I can't say anything about the quality or if they "finished", but they did continue the SGU story with some comics.
I haven't heard of this before. How would I go about finding those comics?
Amazon has them in digital.
I love how SGU ended. That cliffhanger was the perfect end considering the situation. I would have preferred more seasons but I knew it wasn’t reasonable. I just excepted what they were able to come up with.
