What are good ways to increase air flow in a home with few windows and oriented unfavorably to the local wind direction (cheaply)? (lemmy.ml)

I've been racking my brain lately thinking of what are good methods to increase internal airflow in a house with few windows, all facing the wrong direction to catch wind. What are your ideas?

Edit: Breaking a wall to make more windows isn't an option.

If you are talking about with fresh air, there are fans that are designed to fit in the window. You can also buy fans that mount up on a wall and can oscillate or just point in the direction you want. If you have ac, you can also run the fan on it to circulate air without running the condensor.
