Elon Musk doesn't have NPD. And accusing people of being disabled is not an epic burn. It's only an insult if you think disabled people are worth less than neurotypicals. Sensible people don't hate the disabled, so calling him a n*rcissist isn't an insult.

Calling him neurotypical is a bigger insult. Because it implies that all of his weirdness is a choice.

in case it was unclear: accusing someone of narcissism as a personality trait isn't the same as accusing them of a PD.

narcissism /när′sĭ-sĭz″əm/ noun

  1. Excessive preoccupation with or admiration of oneself. synonym: conceit. Similar: conceit

  2. A personality disorder characterized by self-preoccupation, need for admiration, lack of empathy, and unconscious deficits in self-esteem.

They said 'his narcissism' They made no diagnostic qualification.

Ie. Displaying narcissism and being a narcissist and having a narcissistic personality disorder are all different things with different definitions which can be applied in different ways.

You're allowed to say narcissist lol

Calling him a narcissist isn't really an insult either way. It's just a fact about him. The dude only cares about himself.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Sure. Ignoring him and not recognizing his unmatched greatness and suffering is much more insulting

narcissism and NPD are not the same thing

Non-clinical narcissism is asexuality, and Elon isn't asexual.

Why do people always say weird shit like this when they're defending Republicans?

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

I'm not defending Elon. I think he's a hetero neurotypical privileged asshole. It's you people who want to make up a narrative that he's a vulnerable minority.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 11 months ago

No you’re the one, in multiple threads now, trying to equate narcissism with NPD so you can use victim philosophy to protect narcissism as such, under the rubric that people with personality disorders are minorities like black people.

The density of lies your mind produces is off the charts. Meditate more jesus christ
