Congrats. In France right now, it is hot and very dry. Does your place as different weather or does muchrooms also grows outside of wet season ?

It's very hot here in Tennessee but we've been having heavy rain every evening for a week. So the chants are popping!

Eastern US is wetter in summer and colder in winter than Europe. So most mushrooms, including chanterelles fruit during summer.

The west coast has more of a Mediterranean climate and so prime season is shifted to fall and winter.
