Don't know how they calculate that number.

The turbine can produce 80M kWh per year, I seriously doubt that would be enough to power 36000 family homes with 3 people.

I could be wrong, but I think the average power consumption per capital is around 6000 kWh per year in the EU.

But you are right about the wording being odd, when both a per year.
