This sounds utterly terrifying for the family to go through, and the actions of OT sound to me like they cross the line into criminal negligence.

Wow that was some read.

The way the story unfolded gave me future serial killer vibes.

I can't imagine OT getting any better over the next few years, NAFf will be cutting and gutting wherever possible.
