My wife and I were talking about this.
Being a little dick - weak, shriveled, requires blood to harden
Being a pussy - strong, elastic, can expel a baby.
I actually did the same thing with a previous gf! We began using "flaccid penis" as an insult in place of pussy.
It was good fun.
"limp dick" has been around for a while.
Personally I prefer to divorce my insults from genital status entirely. They all kinda suck.
