Daboll is a really good offensive coach. He worked under Bean and McDermott who turned the entire Buffals Bills franchise around before they drafted or developed Allen into an allstar. He knows how to build a team. The problem is that it is New York City and they prolly won't give Daboll enough time or resources to do it properly.
