I find this interesting! Post apocalyptic is a good way to "reset" the world, and the idea of twin Avatars has been batted around the fandom for some time.

TBH the comics are skippable. I would put a lot of fanfication way above them.

But the novels are great. Especially the Kyoshi novels, but the Yangchen/Roku ones too.

There are six novels so far, two for each Avatar before Aang.

The Awakening of Roku

The Awakening of Roku is the sixth Chronicles novel and the sequel to The Reckoning of Roku. It had an initial release planned for July 15, 2025,[3] which was later delayed to October 14, 2025.[4]
