Not necessary. After the first round of billionaires has been dispatched, their nepo babies will see the writing on the wall and sign it over quite willingly without any kind of coercion.
I don't know enough to know if it's easier to cover up months of subtle and forceful coercion, or a billionaire's murder. I think that would count as 'duress' for the nepo chilluns. This is hard, I can understand why everyone's not doing it.
