Mobile phones haven't been around long enough to be a part of the Dreamlands, wait a couple of decades, maybe a powerful Dreamer introduces them.
Patch 1.2: Added mobile phones to Dreamlands
Oh no dont update yet, patch 1.2 was bad. There is a bug where you dont properly reboot during Night Terror mode and instead forced Host_Wakeup routine it loops back to start sleep cycle again.
Not to mention a certain lord of dreams has been locked in a basement for 100 years or so.
