Holy shit that's the perfect facial expression for this meme. Spot on.
That's one definition, but the most common one in my experience is this:
A factoid is a false statement presented as a fact.
You're using the other meaning, and that's fine. I was just verifying which one was being used.

Smeagol? Is that you?
You sound like my kids when I tell them to clean their room. "But the rest of the apartment is also untidy!" Yeah but that doesn't mean we don't need to at least try.
Thought Police coming soon
So those things aren't true then? (Just asking out of curiosity.)
Factoids also mean "false statements presented as fact", guys. I was wondering what was being used here... ๐
Even if it's 4 guys with 4 cars, that's pretty scuffed for a fishing outing. How about y'all ride together ffs.
But yeah, it's AI slop.
Such a cool take on the self portrait. Truly creative!
Which part is a factoid?
Down votes for being curious. Cool beans.
Yikes. They gotta have some sort of unique selling point, otherwise... ๐

I have the opposite experience โ I've never seen anyone use the "fact" version of factoid. Only the "untrue statement" version.
Oh well, as long as we understand each other.
