In case anyone else is having trouble seeing it, here's roughly where the letters are.
If you’re on iOS you can partially pull up the control panel (blurring the screen) to reveal it
Works on Android too but may be device dependent
What sorcery is this? Is there a name for this visual effect?
Is it supposed to be easier to see if it's smaller? I can see it in the thumbnail and if I open the file and zoom out, but the full sized image just hurts my eyes and I can't see jack. Wild.

How did they create that effect anyway?
The white dots are a little bit smaller where the text is. This way, the area looks slightly darker.
I can almost make it out if I shake my eyes.
