For-jay-yo. The original word is Esperanto forĝejo

Yeah, stupid Americans with their... checks notes ...questions about pronunciation due to their own cultural linguistic phonetic norms!

It's esperanto (but they removed the diacritic for some reason): Forĝejo

And it is pronounced /forˈd͡ʒe.jo/
