This isn't discrimination, this is the intention of capitalism. Has been long before the web. Under capitalism, you're insentivised to act in a way that concentrates capital, and disincentivised from not acting in a way that concentrates capital. With digital profiling, this has just become easier.

Also, I find it in poor taste to call this 'the new race'. Ethnicity based discrimination is still prevalent and has in no way been replaced by this. It's a separate issue that should be addressed, but without this weird comparison.
