I remember when it was Apple‘s policy not to pre-announce products or features that weren’t ready to ship. This is a good example of why.

In a way I’m relieved. I thought the existing, laggy, unhelpful ChatGPT integration was the entire feature they’d been hyping so hard.

It’s probally still hallucinating API calls/app intents/etc too often.
