I wish they’d fix the thing (or do the thing) where raids would only bring in healers of different types. Generally, I know it’s not that important, but I always seem to get paired up with the same healer job. As a Scholar there’s a 90% chance I’m paired up with another Scholar. (In the good old days that was fine because someone could be the “healing” one and the other the “buffing” one, but alas.)

I often feel they just need an extra line of code that once the 24 people for an alliance raid are locked in, the system tries to assign them to the three groups as "never the same job twice in a group" as it can.
That can't fully solve it, but it would help in the vast majority of cases.
If the healers are categorized as “shield” type and “pure” type or whatever, they should just have it so a raid has just one slot for each.
And that may be easier say than to do, but I thought a couple years ago they really talked up the fact that they had the ability to do this. And then I’ve basically never seen it.
Yeah it's boring but it isn't a big deal either. I think being able to queue as multiple jobs would be a more interesting and useful feature and would probably help with this sort of issue.
