Tankies can explain their views but may be criticised or attacked for them. Any slight infraction on the rules above will immediately earn a warning and possibly a ban.

Tankies have always been extreme to the point of parody. They're so anti imperialist they end up supporting an imperialist nation (Russia). And they're so anti-West they end up supporting someone upsetting the Western order (Trump) despite representing it's worst excess. Tankies make more sense when you view them through the lense of being useful idiots for Russia, who deep down are radical authoritarian imperialists - the very thing they claim to hate.
This is not unique to Trump. The US has a long, bipartisan history of turning on its “allies” when they’ve worn out their usefulness.
Though sometimes they get the golden parachute, like Juan Guaidó.

What does that mean?
This meme is only supported by those with very odd takes on history. For example Qaddafi's Libya was a significant part of the non-aligned movement. They literally weren't allied with either power during the Cold War. Bin Laden wasn't an ally and really couldn't be as he had no direct connection to the USA.
Hussein and Noriega were allies and they should be the guys in the background. The other guys don't belong.

Because this was literally trump's publically announced policy months before the election. Everyone knew this was happening as soon as the election results dropped.
So it was drawn in anticipation of Trump being an asshole. That makes sense.
