Sorry for the suuper late reply! Yes, it's just single crochet under the fluff. Super easy to make. I make a chain and then continue to work round to make an oval. After that I just continue to build on the height. Decrease a few times before finishing when it basically looks like a floofy bag. Fill it up, sow it shut and the base is done 😄
