Oh I'm sure it's someone who did some chat app a while ago and it's still stored on some server somewhere. For the quality of the webcam and images they're pretty old

I see more spam from people getting messaged from this account, than the account itself.
If the account is a spammer, they are successfully doubling their reach because everyone keeps posting how they have been contacted.
Yeah, I specifically created [email protected] so people can post and discuss there, and others can just block/filter the community.
