It's a wish fulfillment story but good. Likable characters, comfy for 95% of the time. It's just MC and his entourage going on adventures without any care in the world. Every now and then there is some "danger" but it's few and far between until the later volumes. There is also a common misconception that it'sa harem because he has a all girl party, but there is nothing romantic going on between them. It's honestly one of my long time favorites even though it features a lot of tropes and cliches that I usually despise. I guess execution makes all the difference.
