I'm sure repealing the CHIPS act will help.

Unrealistic because everything is unstable and uncertain.

We can't be a great country if we can't plan years in advance, and right now we can't plan days in advance because of flip flop tariffs and other less obvious things.

Of course. The idea is to destroy Americas economy, not to make it self-reliant.
