I am looking for music that makes you shiver with adrenaline (fear) within the first few seconds.

A playlist I've catalogued of such music, Saya No Uta is probably the best example for me: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhI6O8NHkct_EQe-jyFIadvWlx2g-eZIp

This is the type of music for games that you wouldn't be surprised to find have gore or malware hidden in their files.

I haven’t clicked that link. Just your description is making me think of Bloody Panda.

It doesn't get much more "literally what you're asking for" than "Bleak" by Maenad Veyl.

I'd recommend digging through Portishead's catalogue as well as the earlier stuff from Massive Attack. Boards of Canada may not steer you wrong, either.

This is actually a a specific feel of music I like too, so if I think of more while I'm at work I'll edit my post later!
