Muse is the scariest villain we have seen in the MCU.
David Tennant's Kilgrave is hard to beat imo
With so many villains we get to see what they're up to and maybe understand why they do what they do. With Muse... They just kill people. Maybe they have a message against Kingpin, but they're just killing. Two people show up and appreciate your work? Dead
Pretty sure they needed a one dimensional vilain to move the plot but who knows he escaped right?
