If you have multiple Lemmy accounts on different instances, you can add each in Memmy (I think it was Settings > Accounts > Edit > Add).

How do you switch between these accounts once you have them added?

When you’re on the “Feed” you can click your user name of the top middle navigation bar and you should see your other account
