That's gorgeous. I've never fried chicken skins before, how do you prepare and season them?

Never seen anything like this :o hopefully the rest of the chicken is also being used π
I think it could use a little extra protein. A lentil or bean patty made with chicken stock might work if it needs to be low cost. Or a fried egg if you're rich?
It'd be a whole lot cooler if this was vegan, it looks amazing π
I mean, there's gotta be a way to use Nori to do the same thing. I wouldn't even batter it, just make the fake bacon some guys are doing.
good for people like me who don't eat pork (piggies be too evolved to be treating like we do)
I've had some serious cognitive dissonance when visiting friends farms. They're intelligent and sensitive animals.
Bacon is super unhealthy anyway. Y'all shouldn't be eating it.
It's just a matter of quantity. But yeha, this is like telling a smoker that smoking is bad. There's no point in stating the obvious.
Youβre correct, but if I cut that out Iβm going to also have to stop making beef fat tortillas and stop drinking Diet Coke. Itβs a slippery slope.
Whereβs the bacons? Chicken and bacons go together well for me. π€·
