Odd question, but went to parallel 49 last night after a comedy show with a friend and had their nachos and we can’t stop thinking about them lol, anyone know how they make their tortilla chips that makes them so good, or the brand that they use? Thanks!

I wouldn't be surprised if they make them in house, it's not that hard.
