So i finished the Salad, and pulled out a couple roots

Thats from the top front row, wormbox or compost would probably a good idea. Any recommendations instead of trash?

Any Ideas on a more permanent fix for the tent? 3Dprinting Clips and adding a middel beam...

If you have plants growing in dirt, you can just use it as mulch. The light color means that it reflects light similar to using straw as mulch, so you'll have less heating of the soil/less evaporation.

Just composting them seems fine?

For the roof you could attach a string with a small hole and some kind of rubber washer and pull it up from some point above?
