Following Kayo's recent price increase of $5/month I decided to cancel my account as $25/month was already far too much considering the quality of their service. However when I tried to unsubscribe I literally wasn't able to.. the unsubscribe button was grey and unpressable. I used the chat function to ask someone how I could unsubscribe and they sent me a link to delete my entire Hubble account (as kayo is now owned by Hubbl) which also didn't work, once I filled in the form I wasn't able to click the "submit" button on the form to delete my account.
Has this happen to anyone else? It seems like the process was intentionally meant to be unusable following the price increase. As if they were hoping that people would give up on cancelling their accounts because it was too hard.
I might be over thinking it a bit, it just seems like this type of thing is becoming the norm and it's not at all accidental.
