Which way do you think they’re gonna rule?
That's irrelevant. The clickbait title suggest the judge has already ruled when a trial hasn't happened, and people are responding as if he already has.
What he has done is denied the 1pm deadline that was requested.
I don't know anything about the judge, but I'm not getting up in arms before there's even a ruling.
