I would just like to take this opportunity to let people know that the creator of Damn Small Linux has revived the project recently with a larger but modern yet still damn small distro.

Who remembers Freesco?
If they used mescc-tools, gnu mes and M2libc.
They could have had a full Unix environment in even less space
