Just on the surface, this is probably related to loosing the exclusive contract for Amazon deliveries.

This is mostly the result of the build up of Amazon and Walmart own delivery networks. A 44% increase last year compared to the year before. This will effect all B2C logistics firms.

You weren't the individual I was asking, though. Just trying to see if they had any other insights.
