Nice.

Next step step is to turn it into a "public-private" partnership.

Then to "streamline government inefficiencies" by fully privatizing.

Then have no overbearing rent controls so that that the owner can charge $2600(1 month of full time minimum wage) for each side of each bed.

Then and only then will Ottawa finally have free [as in freedom] housing.

And just like that Ottawa will move from tyrannical communism to freedom landlording capitalism.

Remember kids, everything given by the state can be taken away. But private property rights are good for everyone forever.
