Me, pulling up the Florida game on my phone after running errands and settling in for McDonald’s because my kid inherited my childhood love of McNuggets and also likes to test the efficacy of her vaccinations by playing in the playplace…

Who is the black-uniformed team? Us? God, that’s dumb.

Me, seeing the “character traits” instead of names…

Jesus it just got dumber.

Tied at the half, at home versus a 2-6 team on life support? Seems about right. I have literally no predictions for the rest of the game.

That missed field goal feels fair. If Honor and Integrity and Excellence and Commitment had just fuckin' stayed on the field for the spike, then there would have been no issues. The simple personnel issues this year have been incredibly stupid and persistent.

You will enjoy it, you pumpkiny bastard. Thank Christ we beat you so we still have a prayer at bowl eligibility, the practices for which, IMHO, should be used entirely on how to properly substitute. This season has been so bizarre I still have hope we fall ass-backwards into a win in one of these last three.

I think the criticism of McAfee on Gameday has been good for him. I didn’t like the zany energy he brought at first because it was way too over the top. The fact that the fans didn’t embrace it forced him to tone it down, and I think that’s made him more of a team player on the panel.

I frankly wouldn’t mind if he came back next year anymore. His rapport with Herbie is particularly good, and he does a good job of bringing the crowd into it. So long as he keeps in mind he isn’t the one and only star of the show he’s a good addition.

I prefer the over the top entertainment style, but I'm not like other people. I just love the hype. McAfee is why I watch and the only reason I watch.

Why are we still talking about them? Gameday just did a segment on their game. Like, who cares? I think in a few years they may be good but it’s just not interesting anymore.

Agreed, but I guess it is newsworthy they demoted OC Sean Lewis yesterday. I hadn't heard that. Bad move, IMO. He's a good coach and the playcalling was not bad on that side of the ball. They're being let down by a terrible O-Line which he can't do anything about during the season. And it's defense where they are really struggling...
