Communities for specific kinds of pets/animals like Wigglebutts and Corgis. Advice communities like AskMechanics. Satire communities like AskAShittyMechanic. ProjectCars. Plex would be another good community. I haven't managed to find a good HomeTheater community yet. PiHole would be good to bring over. AVExchange and WatchExchange.
I already made a place to post and talk about doodle dogs. I was going to do all dogs, but that would be too much to moderate.
VelvetHippos and Tippytaps would be pretty awesome.
I'm not sure if we can post videos yet but I'd like too see a shitposting one I mean, we all need a new meme source

Guitarpedals, one piece, guitarcirclejerk lol. I'm not too active in more general subs, but I love the smaller subs. I'm sure some will pop up soon enough.
Minecraft basically only has a tankie one and a dead one
For me some of my top ones are /watches, /BikiniBottomTwitter, /me_irl
Basically all the wholesome subs that brighten your day with all their "aww"-material, be it animals, cute videos of people being nice to each other, maybe wholesome memes as well and things like that
