Everyone gets paid more when labor gets paid more. My wife is a low level manager for a huge international good company, and the union workers she manages just negotiated a raise. Now she's getting a raise because the company knows they need to raise her pay relative to the new union wage.
The rising tide lifts all ships.
Funny how they had the money to do that all along. It's almost like corporations steal labor from the working class.
