Android it's good, just the majority of people are pretty dumb.
When Android can be forked and fucked by whatever asshole company has the resources to churn out a tablet, it’s not good. All it does is allow practically every device to do whatever it wants without limitation. You’ve got to really trust your hardware manufacturer.
You have to do that anyway and the openess isn't the issue. Do you think closed source would fix that issue?
