I thought it was Goldman Sachs trust was trying to get out of it.

They likely are. Just because Apple proposed a termination agreement doesn’t mean Goldman wasn’t asking to end the relationship.

That said, Goldman’s customer service is dog shit. I imagine that both companies are unhappy with each other. Goldman wants easy money with a high return, and Apple wants someone that will invest in the product experience to grow the business.
