So theres a warning "Warning: If you deselect Undetermined, you will not see most content." which doesnt make sense to me when creating a post.

So, do I fill in english or do I leave it as undetermined/Select Language?

I think that that warning was only supposed to show up in the profile settings

That's what I think too. The widget probably got reused, and then later they added that warning but it ended up showing in both places.

I think you're supposed to choose the languages your used in the post.

I'd like to know too. And also if it's important we set it, is there a way to make it default to English?

Maybe during signup it should nudge users to set their language preferences.

I've been leaving it as undetermined due to the bizarre warning, but maybe I don't understand it right.
