all i can say is: let's gooooooo, hope every one of these is struck down (and, in another way, that all politicians who propose them are spontaneously struck down too--i will convert to the religion of the God who does this if this happens)

News like this are what allows me to stay hopeful!
Our AG is immediately appealing the decision, but ultimately I think it'll end up going up the chain to the supreme court. Taking medical decisions out of the hands of parents/minors or patients and their medical providers makes no sense but our state does a lot of things that make no goddamn sense either.
I hope it works out in the end, but I've been conditioned to be disappointed.
