It looks like something in the family phallaceae to me! I know them as stink horn mushrooms. They get into some pretty wild shapes and they smell dreadful

Oh god. The brown stuff on the orange one smells exactly like it looks.

Tolypocladium sp, which grow from an inedible Elaphomyces truffle

Clathrus columnatus perhaps? Def one of the stinkhorns
