Okay, I've read Berserk, had cries and laughters, but vomited from the Gantz. What another manga should I read? (sh.itjust.works)

I have a deep connection to Junji Ito's works and realy enjoy beautifully drawn graphical violence. But not that cheap and stupid like it's done in Gantz. I strive for something more meaningful, moreso if it's a long manga that is availiable on the bay. Do you have some suggestions akin to Bers or Ito's Spiral?
