Lunacy is too strong a word but it is kind of cringe. Constant rampage with these kinds of inspirational posts.
I don't think the first one is all that bad, but it does have a tinge of toxic-positivity.

Yeah, working on yourself makes you resilient, but it definitely doesn't make you unstoppable. Like Picard said, "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose."
