US politicians are bought by the israeli lobby. We need to crack down on corruption in the most extreme way.

The terrorists need to lose their ability to hurt others. Whatever that requires is justified.

The terrorists must be eliminated. Stop playing defense and trying to roll back the damage and start going directly for them.

These terrorists can't continue to live in our society. They must be dealt with.

I don't understand the lemmy but it seems like a big problem with social media platforms are them seemingly acting as a natural monopoly.

Once people are on a specific platform and posting, then even if the platform falls behind or the individuals in power start acting in egregious ways the inertia is enough to keep them going for a very, very long time as the shock of leaving the platform costs an individual user far more than putting up with the stale progress and bad behavior.

Having the 'content' detached and free, accessible to all would seemingly solve this issue. AFAIK lemmy still keeps content proprietary? Just on a decentralized system. Maybe the next step is mandating module[?] transparency for incorporation into the federation.

Or I could be completely wrong and this already happens?

Zionists are no different than white nationalists.

Ethno-fascists don't have a place in the modern world and zionists have been given a pass for way too long. They're not victims, they are perpetrators.

Accountability needs to stop being optional.

Any public official who lies to the public willingly needs to be given the death penalty. All of the officials who refused to act on credible reports should be tried with negligent homicide.

Ignore the terrorists distractions and start going after them.

Maliciously abuse the law in every way imaginable and start trying to strip every conservative right possible. Taking the high road is a losing strategy, start going for their throats.

The younger voters need to band together, take political power then strip all rights and entitlements from the elderly. They've plundered for far too long with no consequence. This is our last chance before they burry themselves with their ill gotten gains and leave us with nothing but active fires.

I only superficially agree with this take because of the many cultural implications of marriage. E.G. Kids, housing, money. Decisions that
may carry serious implications and cannot easily be undone should not be rushed into.

With that said, marriage is not a prerequisite to any of these potentially problematic aspects of relationships, which makes the entire idea of the restriction-by-association a bit silly. Especially because it is not placed on 'new' relationships, merely on the the transferring of relationship statuses in a very particular manner.

I think marriage itself is a bit of an antiquated institution that needs a modern re-work to better fit it to societal needs.

I fully support the current marginal waiting periods for marriage licenses because I feel like this minor barrier does not meaningfully inconvenience the vast majority but may prevent cases of abuse or caprice.

TL:DR - Liberalism and guardrails.

Hopefully you still have your employment contract or job listing. This will contain your expected duties and if you meaningfully exceed these listed responsibilities then the actions are above your pay grade.
