There are some bots on Github that should get you started. I haven't tried any of them yet, so I can't recommend any specific ones, but if you have some coding experience you can take a look.

I constantly have new 0 upvote posts and comments pop up at the top of my pages, pushing everything down even when i'm scrolled down on the page. Painful to read. What's going on? in c/[email protected]
